Limo hire companies in the UK must have full licensing and undergo regular checks by the VOSA to ensure their limousines and chauffeurs are safe. However, limo hire companies who are only in it for the money (laundering) will be less concerned about safety checks and you are putting yourself and your friends at risk by hiring from these types of companies.

While these illegal limo hire companies will not advertise their side business, when hiring any limousine you should make sure you ask about their licensing and regulatory checks before you sign a contract.
